This fabric was so inspiring to me and the first thing I saw in my mind’s eye when I saw it was this dress. The color is a navy bordering on royal blue background with crisp white flowers spreading from the waist to the hem and up to the shoulder. The bishop sleeve is one of my favorites – fitted at the shoulder with gathering at the wrist.

The bodice of the dress is fully lined too! The pockets are generous enough so you have a place to hold your phone, some tissues and some even a little snack if you get peckish but because of the full skirt no one will ever know how much you are carrying.
